Part-Time Internal Operations Manager

Contributed Line, a fundraising consultancy based in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Part-Time Internal Operations Manager to assist with growing volume of client service work. This position supports the owner/president in project management, internal document creation, workflow management, meeting preparation, client strategy, and client satisfaction optimization. This contract will pay for 20hr/mo, occasionally more, no more than 30hr/mo. Compensation range is $30/hr to $50/hr depending on experience.

Note: this is not a grant writing or fundraising position. This is a position providing administrative and strategic support of the work of fundraising consultation.

Contracts will be organized into a minimum of 90 day increments, ensuring payment and mutual termination clauses if terms are upheld.

This is a fully remote position and all meetings are guaranteed to occur between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday – Friday.

Duties can be completed on your own time except for the two meetings with the CEO, which will always take place between 8-5 m_f CT.

Job Responsibilities

Work as a a Part-Time Internal Operations Manager may include:

  1. Meeting twice weekly to assist the CEO in:
    1. Project management
    2. Internal document creation
    3. Workflow management and agenda creation
    4. Meeting preparation
    5. Client strategy building
    6. Client satisfaction optimization
  2. Creating agendas for Contributed Line weekly client meetings
  3. Vendor communications
  4. Ghostwriting client communications
  5. Proofreading
  6. Presentation and document creation
  7. Other duties as assigned, 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from an institution of higher education, preferably in a discipline within the liberal arts and sciences
  2. Experience in client service roles, such as creative agencies, marketing firms, etc.
  3. Knowledge of the norms, customs, and laws governing the nonprofit sector
  4. Intellectual flexibility and adaptability
  5. Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
